By accessing or using Court Crowd: Find Pickleball ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Court Crowd is a mobile application that helps pickleball players find courts, connect with other players, book sessions, and organize games. The App provides location-based services, real-time player matching, messaging, and court information.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Court Crowd offers both free and paid subscription features. Subscription terms include:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change with notice

5. User Content and Conduct

You may post photos, messages, and other content through the App. You agree that you will not:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post spam or unsolicited promotional content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits other users from enjoying the App

6. Location Services

The App uses location services to provide court finding and check-in features. By using these features, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Universole App Studios and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party services or integrate with third-party platforms (such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, and payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL COURT CROWD, UNIVERSOLE APP STUDIOS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
